Ray Bradbury’s wisdom

I read a quote recently. It was from an interview author Kevin Brockmeier did with The Writer magazine (WriterMag.com). When asked if he had any advice for writers, Brockmeier responded with “read as much as you can”, accept that it is difficult to write well…and that the process will be painstaking” and for those writers battling the demon of Resistance – a topic Steven Pressfield talks about in The War of Art – Brockmeier offered this Bradbury quote:

“Jump off the cliff and build your wings on the way down.”

I love it.
