3 Writing Conferences

The folks at Writer’s Market send me emails (because I signed up for them) about current writing events and tips on how to improve my writing. I think I’ve posted some of their great stuff here before.

There are three writing conferences coming up in this spring:

William Paterson University Spring Writer’s Conference is a one-day event held on April 9 in Wayne, NJ. This year’s featured speakers include Francine Prose, Martha Witt, Philip Cioffari, and more.

Norwescon is a huge multitrack convention on science fiction and fantasy literature with wide coverage of other media. In addition to many writers and editors, agents will be speaking and available for meetings with attendees. This annual conference takes place on Easter weekend (4/21-24) in Sea Tac, WA.

Oklahoma Writers’ Federation Conference will be held in Oklahoma City, OK, on May 5-7. The keynote speaker for this annual event will be bestselling author Steve Berry.
